Memories i could never remember on purpose,
Subconscious thoughts i could never, ever spew,
Moments in time that make life worth it,
Stay stuck in the back of my mind with a pessimistic residue.

I remember things that were never spoken of,
The look of pain in her eyes before she hit.....
I dismember thoughts of broken love.
Relieving myself of the shadow of consequence.

Moments in time stretch over years and linger like scars,
Invisible but visible to the one that matters,
Pain visible from afar like the twinkle of stars.
Peace in the next moment , the thought being scattered...

I move to and fro thoughts to avoid immersion,
No life jacket for personality has been created,
Things that could never be guessed by the look of my person,
Has me constantly self conscious and overly jaded.
